Ruth Victory reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice or formal communication. Your use of www.ruthvictory.com constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms and conditions. Ruth Victory  encourages you to review these terms and conditions whenever you you use this website and contracting creative services.

 

Services and Service Deliverables

 

Ruth Victory provides a range of creative services visual and post-production as well as digital and social media content.

Clients will be charged a 25% non-refundable deposit upon confirmation of booking or agreement. The remaining 75% must be paid within 24 hours of completion of the work, which a preview would be shown to the client before hand. The cost of any extra overtime, revisions and or add ons added after the original written agreement, will be reflected in the final invoice and must be paid within 24 hours of receiving receipt.

 

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the booking or completion date set in the written agreement. Failure to do so will lead to a cancellations fee.

 

Ruth Victory will provide deliverables in a format  suitable for each individual client. Ownership of the deliverable upon completion will be that of the clients. Clients must credit Ruth Victory  when publishing or sharing deliverables created by Ruth Victory. All content originally created by Ruth Onyeka is the ownership of Ruth Onyeka.

Ruth Victory maintains utmost professionalism at all times and adheres to self-affirmed best practice. Ruth Victory aims to respond to any inquiries made via email or instagram within 3-5 working days.

Ruth Victory complies with all relevant Data Protection laws including General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 as well as the Data Protection Act 2018. All personal data will not be transferred to a third-party without prior consent from the Client. All personal data will be retained for a year.
